Presentation of the  Association of Upper-Savinja Valley Želodec Producers

The Association of Upper-Savinja Valley Želodec Producers is an independent, voluntary, non profitable and non-governmental organization. Members are local želodec producers, innkeepers and tourists farms as well as gourmets of dried meat products.

Efforts focus on continuous improvement of quality, joint promotion, protected geographical indication, production and branding control.

The association has been active since 2003.
